The Maleny Cooking School is all about cooking good food in convivial circumstances. Our cooking classes are designed to accentuate your culinary skills through the sharing of practical information and our enthusiasm for creating delicious food. It starts at market, in the sourcing of fresh produce, builds in the kitchen, in our cooking studio here in Maleny, and reaches its apogee at table, on your plate, where you will enjoy the fruits of your labour; accompanied by matching fine wines.

Our guiding principals are that of nature, and humankind’s timeless interaction with it, we learn, we create, we earn our appetite, and then we sit down and are rewarded with a world class lunch. Great food, good company, intelligent conversation, amid the passion that all good cooks experience.
